To request service for an existing API subscriber, please contact our service department with your account name and subscriber ID. Warranty service (when included) is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, according to the Terms of Service.

Emergency/Premium Time Service - 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please speak to an API representative for information about when a charge for service will apply and you will be billed.
